Using HavenCore Home

By using HavenCore Home and submitting a Home Profile, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be an adult with authority to provide information about the home you submit. If you do not agree, please do not submit an assessment or request an evaluation.

Current service area

HavenCore Home is currently offered for homeowners and properties in Florida. Georgia is planned as a possible future expansion but is not currently served. Service and provider availability vary by location, and submitting a Home Profile does not guarantee that a provider or service will be available in your area.

About the Home Profile

HavenCore Home uses the details you provide about your home to offer an informational Home Profile and help you consider what, if anything, may be worth reviewing next.

Your HavenCore Home Profile is based on information you provided and is not a professional inspection, engineering assessment, diagnosis, appraisal, guarantee or financing approval. It is intended to help you make better-informed decisions about your home.

A qualified professional should assess the home before any work is performed. A Home Profile does not establish that any repair or service is required.

Evaluation requests and providers

Choosing a date and time for an in-home evaluation submits a request, not a confirmed appointment. HavenCore will contact you to confirm the date and time or offer another available option. Some evaluations or services may be performed by vetted or approved independent service providers. We will identify who is involved as appropriate; relevant request information may be shared with a provider only as appropriate to fulfill your requested next step.

How HavenCore is compensated

Check My Home and the homeowner Home Profile are offered without a HavenCore assessment fee. HavenCore may earn revenue from participating or approved service providers through subscriptions, referral fees, qualified service-opportunity or lead fees, or other commercial arrangements. Compensation does not change the informational nature of the Home Profile and does not guarantee a provider, price, financing, savings, or outcome.

Your information and documents

Please provide accurate information about your home and contact details. Your Home Profile depends on what you tell us, so incomplete or outdated answers can affect what it says. If you upload a utility bill or another document, you confirm that you have the right to submit it. We use submitted documents to fulfill your request as described in the Privacy Policy.

Communications and your choices

The required service-request consent allows HavenCore to review your Home Profile, contact you concerning your request, coordinate the next steps you request, and share relevant request information with an approved provider when appropriate. HavenCore and, when assigned, an approved provider may contact you solely to fulfill the evaluation or next step you requested. It is not marketing consent. Marketing calls and texts, and marketing email, require separate, optional choices; they are never pre-checked, are not needed for a Home Profile review, and may be withdrawn. No guaranteed results or affiliations

HavenCore does not guarantee energy savings, lower utility bills, eligibility, financing approval, pricing, repairs, service availability, or any particular outcome. HavenCore is not affiliated with a government agency or utility unless expressly stated.

Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your credentials confidential and let us know if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent information, misuse another person's information, harass others, disrupt the service, or try to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization. We may restrict access if the service is misused or to protect users and the service, subject to applicable law.

Site content and outside services

The HavenCore Home site, software, and content belong to HavenCore or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, noncommercial purposes, but may not copy or exploit them for another purpose without permission. Links, tools, or services offered by third parties, including independent providers, may have separate terms and privacy practices. Review those terms before using their services.

Service limitations

We aim to provide a useful, reliable service, but information and availability may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, HavenCore provides the site and Home Profile without warranties that they will be error-free or meet every need. Nothing here limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HavenCore is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on a Home Profile as a substitute for professional evaluation or from interruptions outside our reasonable control. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including any non-waivable consumer rights.

Changes and other terms

We may change these terms and will update the date above when we do. We may suspend or end access to the service when reasonably necessary, including for misuse or security reasons, subject to applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not replace any separate agreement for work you later arrange with a provider.
